With the rapid development of society, people have become increasingly concerned about their health. In my opinion, physical activity plays a vital role in modern people’s lives, and I strongly agree that it deserves more attention. One major reason is that exercise helps our bodies stay flexible and strong. For example, when we jump, play football, walk, or dance, our bodies feel much more relaxed and comfortable. Another important reason is that physical activity brings happiness. It releases helpful chemicals in our brains that improve our mood, and it also gives people a chance to take a break from their busy lives. Therefore, I firmly believe that exercise will continue to influence our lives in positive and meaningful ways.
