This morning, I woke up at 8 AM feeling pretty wiped out. I dragged myself to the bathroom and splashed my face with cold water-it was an instant wake-up call, leaving me refreshed and alert. Then I brushed my teeth and used cotton pads to wipe away any dirt and oil from my face. Next, I applied lotion and moisturizer, which made my skin feel soft and light. The final step in my skincare routine was sunscreen-it protects my skin from UV rays and keeps it looking bright. This routine always boosts my confidence.
For breakfast, my grandma made an amazing bowl of beef rib noodle soup, sprinkled with green onions. The broth was so flavorful, I couldn’t stop eating. After that, I swept the floor with a broom and cleared the dirt with a dustpan. Then I spent some time playing with my dog, Emmi. She’s obsessed with food-whenever someone’s eating, she stares, hoping for a bite. I love her so much. She’s always excited to explore, so I took her to the beach, like I do every morning. We soaked up the sun together, and it gave us both a burst of energy. After about 15 minutes, we headed home, and I took a quick shower.
For lunch, I had a bowl of rice with some veggies, two boiled eggs, and two red fish that locals call “ca thoc.” The food was delicious. Afterward, I went for a 15-minute walk-it’s great for digestion. At 3 PM, I showered and dried off with a towel. My sister and I packed some clothes, books, my laptop, and chargers into my luggage and bag. Then she drove me to my uncle’s house to say goodbye and wish everyone good health. My dad drove me to the spot where the coach picks up-it took about 15 minutes of waiting. Once I was on the coach, I called my relatives to let them know I was on my way, just to put their minds at ease.
For dinner, I had two bowls of rice, stir-fried chicken, some eggs, and fried tofu. I ate a ton and now I’m stuffed. Right now, I’m chilling on the sleeper coach, just relaxing.
