ABM Abdus Sattar, president of the forum and a former secretary, placed five additional demands aimed at establishing a neutral administrative structure. Among the demands are the appointment of officials previously subjected to discrimination to key positions in ministries (including the post of secretary) and other government departments and agencies, promotion of those who were denied advancement, and accountability for individuals accused of backing "fascist collaborators" and corrupt officials in matters of posting and promotion.
