patient comes in with headache and feeling dizzy no past injury or sickness feels a little sick but no throwing up exam shows no clear problems patient is awake and knows who and where they are movement and reflexes are normal no weakness or numb feeling doctor asks for more tests and tells patient to rest and drink water patient should come back if feeling worse or not better
