The key to changing your behavior is simply trying to change it. At first, progress will be slow, but each time you try again, it becomes slightly easier. One of the most fulfilling lessons I’ve taught myself is the ability to let go. There are so many situations and problems that, deep down, you know are pointless. Not just in an intellectual sense, but in the core of your being, you understand the complete insignificance of engaging any further. In such moments, there’s only one solution: let it go.
