Bidders will be required to attend a legal meeting where their Contract Deviations will be discussed and negotiated. Bidders should ensure that only those individuals from within their organisation that have capacity and delegated authority to make decisions regarding the Contract are in attendance. The Client shall review each Bidder's Contract Deviations for its suitability to the Client.
