Nyaya is the Hindi version of the English language Justic. In a literal form, Justice is derived from the Latin word Jus, which means to bind or to bind. Thus justice refers to that social system. In which are bound by mutual relations. Justice in simple sense is the name of that state in which there is proper order, harmony between personal and social relations, fairness, selflessness and rationality. In which individuals perform their respective rights and duties. It is a bit difficult to present a definite definition of the word justice. First the word justice has been assigned different meanings by different people at different times. Not only this, its implications differ from person to person and situation to situation. Therefore, we can endorse Potters view that, Most people think they understand the meaning of justice but in reality their assumptions are vague. This concept requires just condition i.e. without prior knowledge of just condition it is impossible to evaluate the justness of actions. This concept is related to the conditions of morality. For example, a fair race is one in which the person who wins morally deserves to win, but there is a race in which there is no fraud, no one jumps before the signal to run, or in which the person who wins the morale deserves the victory. Do not take undue advantage of the use. This concept also shows the meaning of equitable distribution of profits and losses, that is, its main relation is with the manner in which books and punishments are distributed among the persons in the behavior according to a rule and its close relation with fairness indicates that That if a ruler boils his subjects in a cauldron of oil and later himself jumps into it, it will be like an act of injustice, though there will be no inequality of treatment. This concept generally exists only in a favorable environment which only a democratic system can present, but as an exception it can survive in a non-democratic system also. Yet while dealing with the problem of offering a definite definition of the word justice' we must keep in mind the supreme fact that not only do different people have different views on the subject of the ideal state of affairs that people would actually consider just, Each person can also have many such thoughts.
