If you are used to cold and mild temperatures, then going to a place with hot weather will be more exhausting for you. If you are planning to go to a country with a high temperature, you must pack some essential things that will help you survive. The first thing that you should pack to enjoy the trip without any hassles is comfortable cloth. In hot countries, you should keep one thing in mind and that is to dress as lightly as possible. Wear breathable and comfortable clothes such as cotton and linen. These fabrics allow air to circulate against your skin to make you feel cooler. You should also cover the most important part of your body such as the head with a hat or bandana. Sunscreen is also an important thing that you should pack in your backpack. Summers mean brutal sun. Whenever you are planning to go out in a daytime, you should apply sunscreen. It is not necessary to only use it when your skin burns. You should use it as sunscreen protects you against the harmful UV rays and helps prevent sunburn. You should carry a water bottle that will help you keep yourself hydrated. Everyone knows how important it is to keep yourself hydrated. And when you are in a hot country, you are likely to sweat a lot. Make sure you carry a water bottle with yourself every time you go out. Avoid dehydrating beverages such as alcohol and sodas. You should carefully eat when you are in hotter countries. If possible, you should avoid eating oily and greasy food as they reduce the quantity of water in your body. You should eat light food such as salads and green veggies. You should eat fresh summer fruits that contain lots of water such as watermelons and oranges. Peaches and grapes are also an excellent source of water. These fruits help in the replenishment of vital micronutrients. You should go for side seeing only after sunset or before the sun is at its hottest. You should do this to order to avoid hot afternoons. Come back to your accommodation in the afternoon and wait till the heat outside cools down. You can eat lunch or take a nice nap during that time. The heat can cause lots of health issues, from rashes and mild sunburns to more serious heat stroke and heat extraction. Aloe Vera and ice packs can help with sunburns. You can also wet your head with cold water or hold your wrists under cold water. This will quickly bring down your core temperature. If you feel dizzy and nauseous, consult the nearest doctor immediately. If you pack these essential items in your backpack, you will be able to travel to hotter countries with ease.
