So when i wrote my previous text practice my mind was going all around the place, i was not doing or thinking well, all i was thinking about what happened in the past... but since then i am doing ok i started doing workout, trying to improve my body physique and i am being consistent on my YouTube channel, so yeah that's it hope you are doing well too.
