When it was morning then a wonderful thing happened to them too, the next morning an angel appeared in front of them, the shepherds were very scared at first seeing him but the angel said to them, dont be afraid, I have a good news for you. Today a shepherd has been born for you in Bethlehem and you will find him in a shed feeding animals. After this many more angels appeared and light spread in the sky, and they started singing in praise of God. After the angels left, the shepherds said among themselves, Come on, let's go to Bethlehem and see what happened there. All the shepherds reached Bethlehem and there they saw Jesus lying in a dungeon, as told by the angel. The shepherds went and saw Jesus and praised him. This event is of great importance for Christians. They consider Jesus as the son of God. So it was a day of joy and gaiety for Christians. Because Jesus, the son of God, came to earth for the welfare of all.
