Decisions decisions decisions... Do we make our own decisions? Are decisions made for us? The truth is people don't like making their own decisions when they feel encumbered by too many choices; they can become overstimulated and unable to assess the situation within their own decision-making faculty. Sometimes I personally don't like making decisions because the world is already perpetually exhausting and decision making always requires some level of mental/internal energy for it to be concise enough or clear enough to be made genuinely. Although, one time my dad told me that people aren't promoted to managers based on their ability to make the right decisions, they are promoted because of their ability to make decisions quickly while they are under pressure. He also said that most of the managers in his life have been complete morons. If I'm paraphrasing, then I apologize.. to nobody.. but if this is what he said verbatim then that wouldn't surprise me. Actually, the real truth is that I just wanted to make a personalized exercise to practice typing the word "decision" over and over because when I was taking a typing test on EdClub I noticed I am trash at typing "decision". If you are also trash at typing the word "decision" then maybe you made a good decision in deciding, decisively to come here after your own personal process of mental decisioning. Unless I am typing this for no reason because future me can't figure out how to post my "The Word Decision Practice - A practical guide for decisional decision typing on decisionry" practice guide. :) I was really hoping that last word was a real one, but I can't make the red squiggly go away so please don't let your sub-conscious soak it up. If it does then I may have accidentally made the world a worse place, all while in the pursuit of my own personal gain. It's too bad though because I am finished already, and I don't believe in "revisions" as it's "decisions over revisions" any day baby. I set off writing this with big hopes, but I can't believe how little I wrote, sorry if this has been anti-climactic. But ask yourself two things: Did you die? And are you better because of it? If you answered yes to both of my questions, then I can still live with that, personally. If you did not answer yes to my second question and you feel like I wasted your time, then I'm sorry but wasn't it your decision to start and wasn't it you who made the decision to finish? Like I said decisions decisions decisions.
