Kuno National Park Madhya Pradesh: After 70 years, 8 cheetahs from Namibia will reach Kuno-Palpur National Park in Madhya Pradesh. In which there will be 5 female cheetahs and 3 male cheetahs. In this way, tourists will be able to see the cheetahs declared extinct from India in 1952 once again in this national park. Spread over an area of 900 sq km, Kuno Wildlife Sanctuary will become a perfect destination for tourists after this and the tourism industry will also get a boost in this area. Most importantly, these cheetahs from Namibia in South Africa will be brought to India on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17, ie two days later. After this, tourists will see cheetahs running in this national park, which will be a rare sight in itself.  A corridor will also be built soon for the movement of wildlife from Ranthambore to Madhav National Park in the Wildlife Institute of India, Rajasthan. Kuno Park officials say that the arrival of cheetahs will increase the number of tourists in Kuno. Along with this, due to the formation of tourist circuit by merging the three sanctuaries, the local people will get new employment opportunities along with hotels, travels, tourist guides. Tourists coming to see cheetahs and alligators from country and abroad in Kuno will not have any problem in commuting. Tourists can reach Jaipur and Gwalior by air service here.
Tourists coming to Khajuraho after visiting Madhav National Park from Jhansi to Shivpuri can travel 80 miles to Kuno via Pohri. Kuno National Park is 126 km away from the gates of Ranthambore National Park.
