对民主及自由的想象 就跟呼吸一样的自然 如果能够自由选择 所有的国家都会选择依民意来治理国家 而不会选择由独裁者统治 走上民主的路 难免也会跌跌撞撞 创设的制度也不见得完美 但这些制度总会保护与自由俱来的尊严 现今亚洲国家多数都属民主体制
