We see that sport is very important in life. Unfortunately, there has always been a fallacy in relation to sports and education that a student who is a sportsman cannot be intelligent One who is intelligent cannot be a player. Sports and studies have often been considered as opposites to each other. But this is not true. By proper coordination of sports and studies, a person can progress in life by developing his physical and mental. The performance of Indian players in international competitions of the world is discouraging. The reason for this is that we lack economic resources here. Along with this, we are also unable to select talent. Today it is necessary that like Punjab, sports should be made compulsory in all the states of India and the destruction of talents should be stopped just because of money.
