Games and sports play an important role in life. Games are played at different levels-school, State, national and international. They are useful for developing health, discipline and friendship. Health is wealth. A sound body has a sound mind. Games improve our health. They are the best exercise. They refresh our mind. They shed dullness. They make us smart. The games teach us a lesson in hard work. The great players put in regular practice to be famous. Examples of Milkha Singh, Kapil Dev and many others are before us. Games infuse in us team spirit. Players are never selfish. Victory or defeat goes to the team. Games teach us discipline and punctuality. Players obey the rules of the game. They are always regular and punctual. Games provide jobs to thousands of men. Thousands of factories produce sports goods. They export sports goods. They earn foreign exchange. Games win national and inter-national honor. We had Asian Games. China, Japan and Korea carried the maximum number of medals. China is known for Table Tennis, Japan for swimming and Korea for gymnastics. Sportsmen earn lakhs. They get medals and other rewards. Really, games have a great value in life.
Who does not know the value of discipline in one's life? No nation can make progress is to citizens can not maintain honesty, sincerity, knowing one's duty towards one's locality, one's city, one's state society and one's nation. Why did the butishers ruled almost all the world a decades ago. Because they are disciplined race. It is matter of great narrow that most people of our country all not disciplined and this is the reason that we remained slaves of other comminuted not for some decades but for centuries. At first Mughals ruled over us and then Bustishen ruled our us for more than two centuries. Even now we should cultivate the habit of being disciplined, if we want to make a mark internationally, otherwise we losse our hard of earned independence and shall become states to other communities.
