Now Raj Vaidya came, he was accompanied by state astrology. He said that perhaps some ill-fated person has fallen on you that is why your health has deteriorated. The emperor Akbar immediately thought of that garbage cleaning servant. He said that this morning I drank water from the hand of that garbage cleaner, that's why it has happened to me. He angrily punished the servant to death. In a short period of time the soldiers locked the servant in prison. When Birbal came to know about this, he went to the servant and consoled him that he would save him. Birbal immediately went to Akbar and took his ploy. Then Akbar said that-The biggest ill-will of our state made me sick. Birbal laughed hearing this. Then Akbar got angry and he said that you are enjoying seeing this condition of mine? So Birbal said that no, Maharaj had to ask one thing. What will you do if I find you wretched than that servant? Will you free this servant from punishment? Akbar immediately accepted Birbal's condition. And asked, tell me who is the wretched than that servant? Now Birbal said, You are more wretched than that servant. Drinking water at the hands of that servant worsened your health you came to bed. But think of that, he had come to quench your thirst. Was cheering you Seeing your face in the morning has become his life. He got the death penalty. So for this reason you were more wretched than that. Now you will not punish yourself to death. Because we all love you very much. On hearing this clever speech of Birbal Akbar started laughing lying on the bed. He then ordered that poor servant to be released. And also rewarded him. And at the same time, state astrology, which was superstitious suggesting ill-fatedness, was employed in the work of accountant in horse-ditch.
