On the directives of the Competent Authority, you have been transferred from Working Folks Grammar Higher Secondary School, Ziarat Kaka Sahib to Working Folks Grammar Higher Secondary School, Amangarh, but it has been observed that you have not yet relinquished your charge so far, which is clear violation of rules and official norm. You are therefore, directed to explain your position that, why you have not relinquished the charge of Principal Working Folks Grammar Higher Secondary School, Ziarat Kaka Sahib, failing to which, why not disciplinary actin should be taken against you under the rules for non-compliance / dis-obeying of orders of the Competent Authority.
