When in a contest with many other users, it will be more interesting to show an avatar beside an user name. I inserted an avatar for my user name in the forum already on the forum window, but when I come back to the contest, I also don't see my avatar beside my user name? I don't know why?

Please show me how to set up an user name like I saw some people like Phuong Quyen has an user name on it .

Go to your user control panel, click "Profile" and keep going until you reach the "Edit Avatar" section where you can insert an avatar.
