It's often suspicious when new unknown members gets very high scores, so I understand
your concern. Unfortunately this is one of many negative effects cheaters are creating.

When that is said, this profile looks ok to me.

I'm saying there is not enough evidence to suggest he is cheating. Should we ban every member just because they break a record (this time by one keystroke)? In that case there will be no chance for very good legitimate typists to join the site, becuase they will all be automatically banned. But if new evidence presents itself, or you have proof he is cheating, the situation changes.
