Competition score incorrect?

Hey I recently started messing around with the typing tests on this site and whenever I enter a competition my WPM score is absurdly low.
I can type average around 95~ WPM on normal sentences, on this site I get up to 105-110~ WPM since its just words its a bit faster obviously. When I take typing tests it scores me fine, in the 100~ WPM range but on every competition I take my score is laughably low and obviously incorrect.
