Screenshot not accurate

Hello all. I am new to this site. I am here because a job that I'm applying for is requiring me to upload my typing speed with a screenshot to another website. However, when I click on screenshot the information that it is showing is totally different than my results. Does anyone know how this can be fixed. Please help if you can. Thanks
