Hey everyone, this is my first post on the forum and not really a good one to be honest. For some reason, None of my scores are validating. I am not getting on the top 20 when I should be, and my competition scores aren't working either. I had 2 competition wins which were taken away from me, but I've still got the badge to prove that it happened. And I am not showing up on the leaderboard. After seeing someone who had the same problem as me, except he was banned for cheating. My initial instinct was that I'd been banned for cheating. However, I checked the cheat topic and couldn't find my name or username. On the off chance that it just wasn't posted, and I was banned, I know exactly why. About a month ago, I got one score that was like 183, or something along the lines of that. I was already certified to type 170+, but this was just out of range. I didn't validate the score. However, I just validated it tonight. Someone please look into it and help me out. Thanks.

Your account was banned for cheating in normal test and competitions, because of several scores at 170+ or 180+, all of them with 100% accuracy.

I see the two that you are talking about, I took the test legitimately and that has to be a mistake because I know that I made at least 1 error. The two scores in question took almost an hour and a half of refreshing to get it perfect. Which I was surprised I even got that high. I didn't really feel like doing the anti cheat at the time, but when I heard this was a problem, I did the anti-cheat and evaluated the score. Since I did infact validate the score, how can I get the ban lifted?

This is not a mistake. The context is explicit enough. You took 5 results in a row without any error the same day in the space of 5 hours:

While all your tests (348) or competitions (22) done before or after these 5 results score well below and all have a significant number of wrong words or corrections or both. The decision is final. And having validated these scores, right away or later, has no effect on the decision. If you want to continue to benefit from the normal use of 10FF, I invite you to create a new account and to keep it clean.
