Why do 10FastFingers people never respond?
Hi,
I think my account is flagged as cheating when I never cheated.
Therefore, I emailed the 10FastFingers people several weeks ago regarding that issue. However, no one is replying.
Do you know why?
These are the email address I sent to and none of these people reply me back.
April 22nd: [email protected]
April 25th and May 9th: [email protected]
May 16th: [email protected]
Today: posting here hoping to get some respond.

Hi sypower07
I take it this is your profile:
http://10fastfingers.com/user/583691/
When typing above a certain speed in competitions you will be automatically banned. That's what happened here and your account is now fixed. This is a general problem for these four languages: Korean, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. The WPM is calculated differently from all other languages and the WPM-number is greatly inflated in comparison. There's an anti-cheat planned for the competition section, which will solve this problem. I don't know when it will be implemented, but in the meantime, stay out of the Korean competitions.

Is the problem solved now?
I want to compete using Korean.
I want to compete using Korean.
Re: Why do 10FastFingers people never respond?
The anti-cheat for the competition section was implemented a long time ago, so you can safely enter Korean competitions. Although I'm not sure it's working properly yet as your two scores in this competition are not showing:
http://10fastfingers.com/competition/535731cdb3465/ - 236 and 229 WPM
Let us know how it works out. If some scores are still not registering I will notify the site admin about the problem.

Re: Why do 10FastFingers people never respond?
It's clear that scores above 220 WPM do not show in competitions. The only exception is when a user scores both above and below 220 WPM and wins the competition. In this case the highest score above 220 WPM will show in the winner spot (trophy), and the highest score below 220 WPM will show in the number 1 spot. I have notified the site admin about the problem.
Re: Why do 10FastFingers people never respond?
The limit of 220 WPM has been solved and scores above will now register properly up to 255 WPM.
Other than that I found out that the Korean WPM-number was adjusted down almost two years ago, only a short time after you first posted:
https://10fastfingers.uservoice.com/for ... e-accurate
That explains your "drop" in speed.
