This dude is #1 in all the competitions for US. I'm not saying it's a bad thing or whatever, but I have to admit a lot of us are pretty discouraged by it. What's the point if he's going to trump us with his 176wpm speeds?

Among other things, without some like.. Video evidence, I'd suggest that he's cheating given the proliferation of him doing competitions. In the last 2 weeks I have seen him in the #1 spot of every US competition available. Maybe a separate category for the 100wpm+ typists? Idk.

You shouldn't let this annoy you, as it should not be your problem. All you can control is what you control and you should work hard to becoming the best typist you can be without worrying about others.

It honestly annoys me too, even though I know he hasn't done anything wrong and competitions are open for all typists.

Heh I've seen this guy too, wonder who he is, but I never understood why someone would waste there time cheating on a site like this. What would it benefit them? They get some type of reward? Impress there girlfriend? Like serious like what drives them to cheat Lol?

jvm annoys the hell out of me, but he is not cheating.

I also do not cheat, and have scored above 150.

Just because you can't imagine anyone doing it doesn't mean they are cheating. I regularly pull averages above 130, and when in the zone hit 150 quite often. It's not magic. It's just persistence and practice.

Doubting =/= believing someone cheats
