I'm eleven, and I have a WPM of around 95 - 98.
But, anything above 75 is really good hands down.
So, You're extremely good.

128 is ok, but since you're already 16, I don't think you'll be able to improve that much your "real" typing speed.
You're right, 98 is not that good... But is it that bad?
I mean, you are probably the fastest french typist, and one of the fastest typist in the world, so I don't think you realize what is 98 WPM for "normal" people. Moreover, he is 11, and Sean Wrona had a highscore of 108 at 10 (yes, I like him, you know it ^^).. So he isn't that slow. If he wants to improve, he has to practice typing more often, but not only in 10FF, but in forums, games etc... as you told me.
About Iman, indeed, he is quite fast. I don't think he asked us about whether he'll be able to improve his speed or not, but if his a kind of fast for his age, so the answer should be "yes".
In fact, there a lot of teens (16-17) that are able to type that fast, but most of them (I would say 95%) can't even go through 100WPM in 10FF, and I think you know it

Hum.. Yes, you're absolutely right, I was thinking the wrong way, about both of them :p
About the average score of teenagers, you think one easily reach 100WPM by 10 tests. But about this point, I know I'm right, I know a lot of people my age (logic ^^ ) that type something like 60WPM... AND most of them are hardcore players, they use to use chat in games and forums (jeux*ideo.com and LoL for example, not to make publicity :p). The point is that they don't especially "want" to type faster, and they already think they're "quite" fast.
The fastest friend I know IRL can hardly reach 95WPM for example.
Maybe, your generation and mine don't have the same point of view of fast typing, even though we have only a 2 years gap, that would explain everything. And, above all, I know 3 people your age (18-18-20) who can easily reach 120. This is really weird, but it's statistics.. From MY point of view, of course :p
And about Sean, I don't think he typed with a typewriter, but you're right, it's is speed with real sentences :p

You guys might not care for my opinion, but I have to say that I agree with Kanto. Very few people whom I know around the ages of 15-19 are able to type over 100 WPM on this site. Actually, I can only recall knowing one person who has been able to reach over 100 WPM on this site. I know a lot of gamers, and they seem to think that a speed of 60 WPM is pretty fast.
Point is: I don't think very many teens (though you might as well say any age group for that sake) type very fast.
