I don't see why some people are so concerned about typing 90 or 100 words per minute. 70 is good enough to get you many jobs, including legal secretary. I for one couldn't care less about jobs involving typing. I do it purely for recreation and I just like to see high typing speeds. It's never good...

I'm just referring to typing tests and stuff while on the website.

I find myself more often than not listening to my favorite song on repeat while I type. When it's playing, I just focus on the song and I end up typing faster and more accurately than I do any other time.

I for one love the pressure of the tests and competitions. I've only gotten better because I constantly want to do better than the next person or myself. I wouldn't have hit 100 if there was nothing recording it somehow.
