Re: A big problem
Having the same issue, I always used to log in with username and password, now it doesn't work. Tried with email address but it claims no account listed with that address (tried all my other addresses just to be sure as well). Not sure what is going on.

Dvorak or Colemak. Pick one, learn in, live it, love it.

Re: A question for people who can type 100+ WPM
Sometimes when you slip into bad habits or incorrect techniques the easiest thing to do is just completely start over fresh. If you go back and try learning QWERTY with the home-row method you at least have the advantage of knowing where all the keys are but subconsciously your apt to revert back to...

Re: Dvorak question
Again, personal preference. I've always favored my left hand thumb even when I was still using qwerty. I would assume it wouldn't matter much which thumb you use.

Re: Dvorak question
People was a little troublesome at first, as well as paper.I kept typing pople or poeple. I just used word pad to practice it, typed it 50+ times until I had the roll "out" instead of "in" combination burned into my brain.

Re: Dvorak question
Well I'm no speed demon like some of them you will find on here but I would say go with what feels most comfortable for you, (I use right pinkie.) When I started Dvorak my right hand felt exhausted compared to qwerty, since you use your right roughly 53% compared to left 47%. After a couple weeks ho...

Re: 10FastFingers TShirts
1 - Simple and effective like others have stated. 2 - Great women's shirt due to the most likely unintentional innuendo my mind applies to it. Because of this (my gutter mind) I probably couldn't bring myself to wear it. 3 - I love hoodies, and the obscurity of the logo just makes it better in my op...

You don't have permission to access /typing-test/ on server
Was wondering if this was just a website error being caused by my crummy isp or if I experienced the bug and got a ban? Tried to access from several computers here at home I type on, same results, kinda curious if anyone else has experienced this problem.

Re: Dvorak!
I switched to dvorak a little over a year ago. It is easier on the wrists I feel but as far as the speed boost...debatable. My biggest problem with it so far, my brain won't fully let go of qwerty. Every now and then on words I haven't encountered in dvorak I type a line of gibberish then realize I ...
